Anne will be sharing her ideas about evaluation frameworks. She asks and aims to answer: Why do we have evaluation frameworks? What do evaluation frameworks (at the very least) need to include?
Anne Dowden
Anne Dowden is an evaluation provider with her own practice, Anne Dowden REWA, she provides services to Government agencies and other entities. Anne’s usual approach is a collab with like-minded evaluation partners.
Anne has been involved with ANZEA since its inception, participating in the first planning hui at Tauhara Retreat, and being an Anzea founding board member.
She is based in Wellington and works there and across Aotearoa, she works closely with clients on a range of projects on education, health, behaviour change, safety, and human rights. Current work involves a focus on equity of access and anti-exploitation, including looking digital access, neurodiverse learners and vulnerable people.
She has a passion for scoping, designing and doing robust evaluations in team partnerships, for incorporating data matching and for sharing information using graphics, stories, workshops and useful reports.
