ANZEA Conference 2026 - Registration Terms & Conditions

Registration Confirmation and Payment

Registrations will only be confirmed once full payment has been received. A confirmation email and receipt will be issued once payment has been processed.

Delegates registering under the Super Early Bird registration category must ensure payment is received no later than 8 April 2026. If payment has not been received by this date, the registration will automatically be adjusted to the next available registration category and the applicable registration fee will be re-invoiced accordingly.

All registrations must be paid in full prior to attending the Conference.

Amendments and Cancellations

Any amendments or cancellations must be notified in writing to the ANZEA Conference 2026 organisers at shelley@cdem.co.nz.

Conference registrations are generally non-refundable once payment has been received. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the organisers.

Where refunds are approved, they will be processed after the Conference has taken place and may be subject to an administration fee of $100.

Cancellation charges and administration fees will apply regardless of whether the registration invoice has been paid at the time of cancellation.

Registration Transfers

Registrations are generally non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, a transfer to another delegate may be approved at the discretion of ANZEA. Approved transfers will incur an administration/change fee of $150 and must be requested in writing prior to the Conference.

Group Registrations

Organisations purchasing multiple registrations may complete the booking under a single contact and provide attendee names at a later date. The booking contact will be responsible for ensuring that all attendee details are submitted by the deadline communicated by the Conference organisers prior to the event.

Conference Cancellation or Changes

In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the organisers, or if circumstances beyond the control of the organisers prevent the Conference from taking place, the Registration Fee (less any administrative costs and expenses already incurred) will be refunded.

The liability of the organisers will be limited to the refund of the registration fee. Neither the organisers nor CD Event Management (CDEM) shall be liable for any additional loss, cost or expense incurred by delegates or their organisations.

In particular, neither the organisers nor CDEM shall be responsible for any travel, accommodation or other related costs incurred by delegates. Delegates are strongly advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance.

Any unpaid invoices may be referred to a debt collection agency, and any associated collection costs will be the responsibility of the debtor.

COVID-19 and Event Format Changes

The organisers intend to deliver the Conference as an in-person event. However, due to potential government restrictions or circumstances outside the organisers’ control, the Conference format may be changed, including transitioning to a virtual or hybrid format.

Should such changes occur, the organisers will make every effort to provide an alternative format that delivers comparable content and value. Any applicable refunds will be processed after the event and may be net of costs already incurred in cancelling or altering the event format.

Disclaimer

Neither the organisers of the ANZEA Conference 2026, their constituent members acting as organisers (collectively referred to as “the organisers”), nor CD Event Management (CDEM) accept any liability for death, injury, loss, cost or expense suffered by any person, including delegates or accompanying persons.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services by hotels, transport providers or other suppliers.

Neither the organisers nor CDEM shall be liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to war or threat of war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, drought, pandemic, industrial disputes, governmental action, or technical or mechanical failures affecting conference venues or services.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme, speakers, venue or schedule at any time if required. Every effort will be made to maintain a programme of equivalent quality and value.
